Wood parfum

The existing campaign imagery presents a clear narrative: a rugged, muscular man placed in vast natural environments, engaging in physically demanding, traditionally masculine activities. Set against wilderness landscapes and pickup trucks, the imagery constructs a strong association with adventure, strength, and control. From this, a clear target audience emerges—an archetype of masculinity rooted in independence, nature, and action.

Rather than replicating this narrative literally, I want to translate its underlying values into a still life concept. The focus shifts from storytelling through character to storytelling through atmosphere, material, and form. The core ideas of strength and masculinity are expressed through natural textures such as wood, stone, and warm tonal contrasts, rather than figurative elements.

The perfume bottle becomes a sculptural object within this environment—treated almost as a monument rather than a product. Its presence is reinforced through controlled lighting and strong contrast, emphasising shape, material, and weight.

To support this precise visual construction, I intend to use a technical camera. This allows for full control over perspective, enabling the bottle to be viewed from a carefully considered angle where both form and detail, including the cap, are clearly integrated within the composition without distortion or instability.
